applications will be supervised by a certified
installer of AES. |

Proof of licenses in all applicable areas will be
furnished by contractors. |

Proof of all insurance coverage will be supplied by the
contractor; general liability, workers compensation(or acceptable waiver), and property damage or
any other coverage requested by owner. |

NHRA roofing practices will be adhered to and all other building code specifications. |
|
Contractors must submit a general roof survey with sq. footage of building along with pictures of current roof
conditions to receive product. |
